RNPL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PURPOSE
The
Loan
granted
shall
be
applied
towards
the
payment
of
the
rent
of
the
property
of
choice
of
the
Borrower,
subject
to
the
terms
and
conditions
provided
below.
Terms and Conditions
In
addition
to
the
terms
and
conditions
herein
contained
and
as
are
expressly
stated
in
the
Sub-Tenancy
Agreement
and
the
Tenancy
Agreement,
the
Borrower
hereby
acknowledges
and
agree
s
as
follow:
The
Borrower
shall
be
required
to
execute
a
Sub
-tenancy
Agreement
as
part
of
the
application
process
for
the
loan
facility
,
and
such
document
shall
be
signed
and
shared
electronically
.
A
default
of
the
terms
and
condition
of
this
Agreement
shall
be
constituted
as
a
default
of
the
Sub-tenancy
Agreement
and
Tenancy
Agreement,
and
the
Lender
shall
be
entitled
to
institute
an
action
to
recover
possession
of
premises
in
addition
to
any
action
to
recover
the
loan
facility.
The
interest
rate
for
the
loan
facility
shall
be
18%.
The
Lender
shall
be
entitled
to
all
possessory
rights
in
respect
of
the
rented
property
and
shall
thereafter
be
entitle
to
license
the
same
to
borrower
on
the
terms
and
conditions
stated
in
the
Sub-tenancy
Agreement.
The
tenure
of
th
e
Sub-tenancy
A
greement
shall
be
for
a
period
of
12
months.
In
event
of
default,
the
Borrower
shall
have
a
30-day
grace
period
for
repayment.
Upon
the
expiration
of
the
grace
p
eriod,
the
Lender
shall
be
entitled
to
commence
legal
proceedings
to
evict
the
Borrower
from
the
licensed
property
and
recover
possession
of
the
same
.
